Absolutely shocking service from Openserve.
Our fibre fault was reported on 14 May and it has taken an entire week just for technicians to identify the issue, which turns out to be one of the main lines. Despite identifying the fault, the work still has not been completed.
We have now been informed that there is yet another massive delay because infrastructure needs to be ordered, and once again there is absolutely no time frame being provided. Customers are simply being told to “be patient” because Openserve is allegedly short staffed.
What exactly are customers paying for if no service is being delivered? We continue paying full price while being left without internet for days on end, with no urgency, no accountability, and no proper communication.
Being understaffed is not the customer’s responsibility. A week to identify a fault, followed by indefinite delays with no estimated resolution time, is completely unacceptable from a company responsible for critical infrastructure.
The lack of communication, transparency, and urgency from Openserve is beyond frustrating and deeply disappointing.
