Shocking Lack of Professionalism and Communication

Extremely disappointing experience with OnlyRealty.

Communication throughout the process was terrible — emails and messages were repeatedly ignored, and there was little to no accountability taken until the matters escalate.

The lack of professionalism and basic property management standards was honestly shocking. I would strongly caution landlords against relying on them to properly manage their properties.
