Shocking Lack of Professionalism and Communication

Extremely disappointing experience with OnlyRealty. Communication throughout the process was terrible — emails and messages were repeatedly ignored, and there was little to no accountability taken until the matters escalate. The lack of professionalism and basic property management standards was honestly shocking. I would strongly caution landlords against relying on them to properly manage their properties.

MWeb are useless THIEVES

You should be able to put a zero star review for a service so pathetic it's actually non existent. After just straight up failing to complete the installation of my fibre order, they proceeded to activate the account and started stealing my money. The amount of hours on the phone to their useless call center is time and airtime I will never get back. Going into my 3rd month now of daily phone calls trying to get refunded and the account cancelled. So far beyond pathetic I am actually horrified they still in business.

USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN PROMISES

<p>I placed an order to be delivered on November 24th. </p> <p> </p> <p>I contact the call centre to find out where my orders were and I got an apology and an email response saying 3 days. </p> <p>I get a sms notification 2days later that my order is with their courier.</p> <p>Days pass and still nothing.</p> <p>I phone again, only to be told part of the order is missing but they can split the order. Again. Nothing arrives.</p> <p>I phone again the next day only to be hung up on, so I phone again, only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes before I lost patience and hung up - at this stage they have all my details to phone me back but nothing.</p> <p>I phone yet AGAIN! speaking to yet another useless operator with hollow apologies and so called understanding. He promises to follow up with the courier and phone me back. BUT NOTHING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It's now been a week since the promised delivery date and I am no closer to getting my order.</p> <p>This has been the most appauling and pathetic service I have ever received from Takealot.com - no communication, no follow up, no sincere attempts to make up for this massive inconvenience.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely pathetic. </p> <p>At this rate it is going to be 2017 before I see my order. </p>
