To activate the policy is very easy and seamless
To activate the policy is very easy and seamless. Website works well, the Customer care over WA works well. Unfortunately when I escalated a strange price request from them to upgrade my policy, they didn't seem to understand what I was trying to convey and we didn't come to a resolution. Hence not upgrading. Otherwise I find the Activation Easy. Cannot yet comment on claims and using the actual policy.
