My family and I stayed at the one and only sometime back we had a horrible stay for the amount of money that was spent
My family and I stayed at the one and only sometime back we had a horrible stay for the amount of money that was spent. The then manager gave us a complimentary stay to be utilized at any given time the NOW manager insisting we need to book and a complimentary stay is out of the question...so here I am saying again where is the honor and integrity of one and only...pathetic services

Now THIS is a 5 star hotel!
An absolute jewel of a place, the hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious overlooking the sea. Staff at the hotel were all friendly, helpful and ttally professional, we had a wonderful few days and will definitely return one day. I see why all the celebs like to stay at this one.

Amazing Service!!!
Absolutely amazing service and amazing staff!!! Shirley in the dinning area was absolutely incredible! My husband and I went for the buffet breakfast and Shirley ensured we were happy and attended to. It is by far, world class service from Shirley. Anton in the upstairs bar is amazing too! Definitely a wonderful mixologist with an eye for detail. Would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff and the service for anyone who actually wants to experience world class service.
