They where responding the time they needed the required documents now since the have everything they don't communicate anymore I've spoken to several consultants even their superior pleading with them to issue a clearance certificate but now they don't re
Bad service not responding to clients and ignorance refusing with the clearance certificate

Since the last time I spoke to sonnette who was very helpful I got an email from juanri stating that bi should sent bank statement I did so emmediate then we started afresh with not responding again from the 22 April I've been sending emails calling, the soon as I give them the ID number they drop the call

the reason for the decline when applying for credit could be something else and you are legally entitled to request the the credit provider provide you with the reason for the decline.
There is therefore nothing further that i can assist with.
