Misleading Consumers but taking money!
I paid for my clearance certificate in February 2026. To date I await feedback, nobody responds. The flag is still shown on the NCR, they told me it will be immediately, I have email to confirm that. I need this removed asap. Don't take peoples money and then not end the job off!

Our records indicate that your Clearance Certificate was issued and emailed to yourself on 25/02/2026. At the time that this happened, the NCR, DHS system on which updates are processed was still not functional.
I have forwarded your posting to the manager of that department for investigation and response. I regret to inform you that there is no way in which the debt review listing could be removed immediately.
You are welcome to forward the email you were sent advising that clearance would be immediate, back to the email address from which you received it, so that this can be investigated and addressed.
