Pathetic food and service from OB - Umhlanga

*I thought I would reach out to you prior to posting a poor review online website. I did email the branch manager at the email address provided but got no response. 2 weeks have passed.

What was supposed to be a happy birthday outing to OB was met with poor food and service.

I told the store manager about the food which had excessive salt put into the batter of the prawns, calamari and fish and the food was served cold. He said it was the dry spice and there was nothing he could do. I told him that it was very salty to a point where it could not be eaten. He just looked at me and left.

We were all utterly disappointed with the quality of food served at Ocean basket.
