"Frustrating experience with Nu Wagan, Florida North. My car was towed there after an accident on 17 Jan 2026 by Prime Insurance. On 7 March, I collected my car, only to find the undercover carriage missing. Staff member Jessica promised follow-up, but despite a gentleman named Jerry saying they'd sent an email, I've had no update. Poor service and communication. 😕"
