Based on recent customer reviews, Nuwagon Autobody receives sharply divided feedback. Customers consistently praise individual staff members like CJ, Jessica, Jonty, and Thasha for attentive communication, proactive updates, and going the extra mile, with some highlighting timely completion and reassuring warranties on paint and mechanical work. However, a recurring theme is dissatisfaction with overall workshop reliability, including delayed repairs, missing or incorrect parts, poor communication once issues arise, and accountability concerns. Several customers describe broken promises, unreturned calls, and unresolved damage discovered upon collection, suggesting service quality varies heavily depending on which staff member handles the case.

Here's a draft review for Nu Wagan on Hello Peter: "Frustrating experience with Nu Wagan, Florida North. My car was towed there after an accident on 17 Jan 2026 by Prime Insurance. On 7 March, I collected my car, only to find the undercover carriage missing. Staff member Jessica promised follow-up, but despite a gentleman named Jerry saying they'd sent an email, I've had no update. Poor service and communication. 😕"

I have never been so frustrated in my life, i had bad experiences before but this is the worst. wrong updates, ordering wrong parts, then ordering other parts that does not even need to changed, I'm sure that everybody working at Nu Wagon Autobody is lairs, you never get the right answer. Even escalating to Outsurance complaints department bring no results, they send my car their for repairs, and still want me to pay my monthly fee.

This business is dishonest. They give false information on the progress of your vehicle and when you go there physically, they try to pin it on their system. The workshop manager takes no accountability and the level of incompetency is appalling

NuWagon delayed repairs on my vehicle for a full week and showed no effort to resolve my concerns. They committed to taking my BMW to a dealership for inspection but later told me to handle it myself. Their lack of accountability and poor communication have left me stuck with rental costs I should not have incurred. I expected better from a service provider working with insurers.

Two months back my director tools his range rover back there again after two attempts to have it fixed...Air conditioner wasn't working and driveshaft making a noise. As promised they said they would have a look and fix the car.till this day the car still not attended.
