I worked at Nutun from 27 October 2024 to 27 January 2025 and unfortunately, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism and unpaid wages. Despite my dedication and hard work, the company failed to compensate me for the December period. Repeated requests for payment were ignored, and I was left with no choice but to take the matter to the CCMA. The lack of transparency and communication regarding my payment was disappointing and unprofessional. As an employee, I expect to be treated fairly and with respect. I hope that in the future, the company will take steps to address these issues and ensure that employees are paid promptly and fairly. *Advice to management:* Prioritize paying employees for their work and communicate transparently about payment schedules.

I had account with direct axis which was handed over to Nutun CX for debt collection due to me being retrenched and couldn't afford to make payments as I was unemployed. Last year 2024 I secured employment and made arrangements to pay R1400 monthly. The problem began when I made a payment on the 17th of December 2024 for R1400, according to the statement they sent me that payment reflected twice when I only made one payment of R1400. That duplicate payment was reversed on the 18th of December 2024 which brought my account to the correct balance. To my surprise Nutun billed me Financial debit transaction of the same amount I paid of R1400 , which now has made my account as though I didn't pay at all for December. I have called the call center and sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] but nobody can explain why did a debit transaction of the same amount I paid. Nutun/ Mbd has ****med me of the payment I made in December and still haven't assisted me after calling 7 times for assistance and sending emails. Imagine having to make payment for R1400 and that payment being billed as a debit transaction it makes as if I dint pay at all and no one is willing to assist me from the customer service department. Mbd/ Nutun has ****med me of the R1400 I paid and they refusing to fix and reconcile the account so that I can continue making payments to settle.my debt. They have really ****med me of my R1400 payment My direct axis account is Account no 85281856202(Direct Axis) I really hope to get assistance with the transaction that made payment dissappear so I can reconcile and finish paying my account off. Have been chasing them for my salary for the Days I worked, for 3 full months and it's still not paid. Have called, went there and they don't seem to care. They use people as cheap labor and give you attitude when you ask for money.

You have brought conscribed debt from MDB who brought it from SBSA. Now you are harassing me for this. 1. The debt has been recinded by a court order. 2. You are busy with ******ion which is a ******** act. 3. You are in Violation of the POPIA act. Should you contact and harass me again ******** charges wil be laid as well as punative claims for damages

My name is Thina Mkonde I have been working with this company for over 5 years now I gained nothing but mental health people doing ***** black people being mistreated by indians a company with no BEE us blacks we are agents and we earn little the is too much *******ion I then tried to reach out to the CEO and they heard that I am speaking to the boss they went to my calls fast and victimized me I tried laying grivience but Damian and Vishal didn't give me a chance which I don't care I got fired for wanting to tell the truth and I know my GODS won't let this sleep until Justice is being followed that man whom is the director started disrespecting my ancestors and I kept quite he will still dance also so the problem now is they not giving me my salary schedule as they fired me I waited from 29/02/2024 till today 80% of the employees want to speak out but they are scared as they get threatened for me I am not scared of anyone at all because everything I do is legit so the only person to oppose me is the person that is not doing right so pleaae guys attend to this I also want my salary schedule as the department of labour needs it NUTUN Is verry *****ulent the KZN part of it I wash my hands and I can never work with any indian mina through to what Nutun did

WHAT A HORRIBLE **** COMPANY. Don't bother trying to get employed here it is the worst company i'v been to. There's no end to pay queries every month. They can never just pay you what you worked for and what was promised to you. They promised us jobs then refuse to pay us the promised rate and then call us all the way to kingsmead just to say we terminated? What ****ing bull**** is that if I could i'll give 0 star rating for this company. It's a puss ****ing company. If the owners can't run a ****ing business they don't cause this company is ****ing useless. They make you work insane hours and ****ing don't pay our over time. Please I don't advise anyone to work for this puss company. They have nothing good to offer, there is **** all structure and management there. They all ****s and assholes.

This company exploits it's employees. I was away sick with all the necessary documents. I've communicated with management who ignored me, tried to reach out to HR who never picks up their calls until I went go the WhatsApp line and finally was assisted by Cheyenne who later ignored me after I told her I was discharged from hospital only to find they had dissmed me and said I absconded. After trying to sort that out nobody ever responded.
