Very pathetic service.... I placed an order and it stated on your website that you de deliver to my area so after putting my address and making payment order confirmation comes back with your Montclair store as ny delivery address. When I contact customer service via email and Facebook, they told me your courier doesn't deliver to mu area I must go pick up myself Montclair is not that far from my address... I asksd for it to be escalated all they did was drag time and came back to me days later to tell me that you can't do anythinh about it as it is out for delivery. I am not going to pick it up I want my money back
Bad service. I purchased a decodrr with installation last week. I was advised to contact DSTV to bring an installer as it came with installation. After going back and forth chasing installation yesterday I spoke to a Chat Agent named Bongani who promised he will escalate to contracts and I will get feed back by today. When I tracked the escalation today I spoke to Lande Joseph who said I must be patient the isntaller will come as soon as possible I gpt mad coz it's been a week now with no services. Bongani even went as far as opening an accounting and making me pay. I asked him what will happen if nobody comes to install and I've paid and he said they will definitely come and gave me ref 126963878 to track escalation so I made payment only to be told nobody is coming I must try and book again myself. You guys are so pathetic no wonder you have such a bad rating.
Very pathetic customer service. I purchased a DSTV 9s decoder with installation today a week ago and I was told to call Makro Crown mines for the installer. I did just that and they said the voucher is inside the box with the number to call the installer. I double checked there's no voucher inside. I callef again the first guy said he's in the wrong department he doesn't know how to put me through to the correct one, I hung up and callef again the girl pretended not to hear me until she heard me speaking about call avoidance than suddenly she can hear me and instantly transferred the call to a manager after being rude denying that she could hear me. The manager said they will get soneone from DSTV to contact me back and nobody did. I sent an email ro custoner service which they showed no cate at all and the best answer was if I wanna return the decoder I should go hand it in myself at Makro. I'm very angry and dissapointed at Makro, for a big company, you guys are so disgusting.
This company exploits it's employees. I was away sick with all the necessary documents. I've communicated with management who ignored me, tried to reach out to HR who never picks up their calls until I went go the WhatsApp line and finally was assisted by Cheyenne who later ignored me after I told her I was discharged from hospital only to find they had dissmed me and said I absconded. After trying to sort that out nobody ever responded.
Disgusting service!!! I requested termination of plan because of your poor service and you're taking me back n forth ehen I eant my money back. I have a tax free savings accounted with you, the estimated amount is less than what I've saved and on top of that each time I submit my form you're telling me it's outdated rbrn aftet I submitted the latest one you sent. Im sick and tired of yoi I want my money back.
