5 STARS TO GERALDINE STEEDSMAN OF NRB RISK!!! WHAT A GEM!!!

I feel compelled to share a very different experience to what one usually reads.

I recently dealt with Geraldine Steedsman from Norman Bisset (NRB), and I must say she was an absolute breath of fresh air. In an industry that often carries a reputation for being harsh or impersonal, Geraldine was the complete opposite.

She was kind, compassionate, and genuinely empathetic in her approach. She took the time to listen, understand my situation, and guide me in a calm and respectful manner on how best to move forward. At no point did I feel judged or pressured — instead, I felt supported and treated with dignity.

It is truly refreshing to encounter someone in debt collection who recognises the human side of things and engages with people in such a considerate and humane way.
