Rating is at 200% too High

I cant believe they have a rating of 2,1!!

They are beyond useless - from admin , to technical to their fibre to their ability to return an email to their pricing - I can't think of one redeeming thing about this company.

I think it is time to move to 5G because I can't put up with this any more
