I'm really frustrated and annoyed by service I'm getting from New Vaal South (The Glen). I left my car at the dealership on Tuesday at about 12:00, till today it's still not sorted out and nobody bothers to call me if I don't send a follow up email besides Maruleen Do Amaral who was helping me with the insurance. Lizette promised that my car will be ready on Friday, when I called she was not in and the car was still in the same condition. Feedback I got from Llewellyn after submitting my concerning was not solving the problem but defending their pathetic service, he ordered the missing part and they promised that it will be delivered by 15:00 Monday.
