Lack of service
I am starting to experience serious concerns with Netstar. The last time I received a call from them was around mid last year, when I reported that my car had been ******. That was the only time they contacted me.
Recently, someone stole my car battery, and I did not receive any alert or call from Netstar when the battery was removed. Yesterday, I was chased by a Polo and pressed the panic button, but again, I did not receive any response or call from them. I only managed to get to safety by hiding at the mine.
It is very concerning that there is no response in emergency situations, yet the monthly payments are still being deducted. I would like an explanation for this lack of service and immediate action to resolve the issue.
