Hygiene and Patient Care Concerns

I personally observed the following hygiene failures on the premises: • A used band aid left on the floor • An empty medication box on the floor • A blood-stained item left on the floor — a serious infection control concern

In a healthcare environment, these oversights are unacceptable. Blood-contaminated materials on the floor represent a direct risk of cross-contamination and reflect a serious lapse in standard cleaning and waste disposal protocols.

Beyond the cleanliness issues, the level of service I received was poor and notably slow, despite there being no emergency situation that could account for such delays. Patients deserve timely, dignified care regardless of how busy or quiet the facility is at any given time.
