Terrible customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Net Canvas. My order (NC35911) was handled very poorly from the start. The wrong product was ordered, and trying to resolve the issue has been frustrating due to the lack of clear and timely communication from the team. I requested a refund after the mistake was identified, but the process has been dragging with little to no feedback. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, which has made an already frustrating situation even worse

Thanks for the amazing customer service and product you guys delivered, i appreciated you guys going over and above making sure what i ordered is correct and that the quality of the images shared is of satisfactory standards. It really put a big smile on my wife's face, especially the dig collage as she is a nig dog *****.

NOT HOLDING PROMISES.
I have placed a order and then was informed afterwards that I will only receive it by the new year. Then I cancelled it. Because the delivery times are not as on the website. I was then informed to wait 7 days for my refund. This morning when enquiring informed that my refund was 7 December. This is impossible as I received a email on Friday 12 December saying cancelled and not refunded. ALSO no money of refund in my bank!!! Not acceptible.

Wed, 10 Sept - placed order Thurs, 17 Sept - order dispatched Fri, 19 Sept - order delivered It does in their terms & conditions that it takes 2 - 10 working day, & I wasn't in a rush. Although there is no landscape or potrait option, their whatsapp customer service platform, 10/10. The canvas look absolutely stunning. Quality 10/10. Value for my money. Tha k you
