Nedbank salary switch promotion misleading

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Nedbank regarding a promotion that was offered to me. I was contacted and received an SMS stating that I would receive a R2000 reward if I switched my salary to Nedbank and maintained deposits for three consecutive months. I followed all the required steps and started receiving my salary into my Nedbank account from November 2025. After meeting the conditions, I contacted Nedbank and was told that I would receive the reward within 30 days. However, I have still not received anything. Since then, I have made multiple follow-ups. Each time, I am told that the matter will be escalated, but I receive no feedback and no resolution. It feels like empty promises with no intention of honoring the promotion.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Customers should not be misled into switching their salary accounts based on promotions that are not fulfilled.stop misleading people when u need customers
