Disappointing 😞 Nedbank

My dad withdraw R 1000 from a Nedbank at columbine square. His card was the cloned and transactions kept going off. He went to the Nedbank Southgate branch to report this as he does not have a banking app and is a pensioner. While at the bank being assisted and the employee also so transactions go off. They then blocked the card and made him a new one. He was told to wait 90 days. Surprise today he was informed that there is nothing they can do for him his money is gone. This is a pensioner!!!!
