NDA national debt advisors useless

I have been in contact with these people since late January to remove my flag.

I understand that NCR had a cyber attack they also put measures in place to allow client to be removed from debt review. However my DC till today cant remove me from Debt counselling. They have been lying to me for two months straight without giving me an alternative.

Dont ever go into debt counselling people..this is the most frustratiom process ever. While credit beauruex is willing to help they just dont care.

The new process takes only 2 minutes to complete but they are giving me week in and week out different excuses..

NDA is useless really..They just dont care about the consumers.
