Pension Fund Pay Out not Satisfied
My name is Zandile Florence Hlatshwayo I've been a member with the pension fund for 14 years 3 months. My problem is that when I received only R400 000.00 on my pension,but the statement that I last received was R829 338.84 it was for 29/02/2924. My query is that what happened to the rest of my pension money. To even receive that R400 000.00 was a hustle it took them months. My member no is 92026270, I would like for them to show me the calculations how did they end up paying me that amount. My contact no is 060 462 5362. It can't be for 14 years and receive that lame . I'm also prepared to tell even those still the members of that Fund that they are wasting time and their money,because when they resign or retire they will receive peanuts, I'm very dissappear.

MEPF U R NOT NUMBER ONE PENSION FUND U R THE WORST PENSION FUND
Selecting this pension fund was the biggest mistake in my life. They will send you from pillar to post, tell you different stories every time. Poor customer service always Maxx

My money
The service is very poor I spoke with karabo she kept me on hold for 17 mins.after she ****. Municipal employee pension fund is not good at all. You have to pull up your socks. Your are there because of our money and we need excellent service not that nonsense you doing.stop telling us ****s. (You will get your money on Friday, when Friday come you will get your money on Friday,)iam sick and tired of your empty promise, I want my money tomorrow. Don't tell me that you busy with 2o24 money that is your baby I want my money tomorrow

Two pot withdrawal
Call centre not working, emails are ignore no updates on applications nothing how do we trust these people with our monies if this how they pathetically operate, service doesn't desrve any rating zero rating.

PENSION FUND PAYOUT COMPLAINT
My father passed away almost 4 years ago and up until today we don not know what he's pension fund balance was. The pension fund refused to give us the information. We were at their offices as well and they refused to assist us told us their system was offline. The Municipality where my father used to work informed us that my mother received to little money and that the monthly pension is also incorrect. The amount that she is receiving now is half of what she is supposed to get. Someone has to take action because our parents and family worked hard all their lives just for this to happen in the end.
