Stay away. Stay far, far away.

I wish I could give them -1,000,000 stars. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I was forced to go into debt review and ended up with them, but they failed to contact my creditors. As a result, I was debited by both them and my creditors. When I raised the issue, I was simply told there was nothing they could do about it.

Communication was almost non-existent. After numerous attempts to get assistance, I eventually gave up and moved to Debt Rescue. Unfortunately, things only got worse. They refused to respond or provide any information, and completely ignored emails and phone calls from both myself and my new consultants.

To make matters worse, after I had already left them, they attempted to send me a new mandate so they could continue debiting my account—claiming the previous mandate was no longer valid. The lack of communication is shocking, yet they still tried to take money from me.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. To this day, they have not responded to my initial complaint.

It honestly feels like they are taking money without delivering any service. There is a complete lack of humanity and respect for their clients. By the time someone enters debt review, they are already under immense stress and emotional strain—yet this company only adds to that burden instead of helping.

Stay away. Stay far, far away.
