Mochachos Laudium, Disgusting service and poor food quality

Disgusting customer service from Mochachos Laudium. I ordered a meal on Uber eats with specific instructions. I also called the store to inform them that I have ordered and went through the instructions with the lady over the phone and she assured me that she did get the instructions and will make the order to my specific requirements. When the order arrived it was the complete opposite. I got in touch with the manager that gave me a whole bunch of nonsense excuses which im sure was rather made up. I cannot get ahold of head office.
