Settled my Account with Mobicred last month(April 2026), they sent me a settlement letter and I paid the same day. This month (May 2026) a scheduled payment erroneously went off and I requested a refund. Their response "You have an outstanding balance of...." Been waiting for more than 2 weeks for feedback now. God forbid they need money how quickly you must pay. Still waiting for my paid-up letter and refund that I asked for 2 weeks ago.

My account was locked i have asked for assistance they said to wait 24 to 48 hours i will then receive a email . I received the email i followed every step as showed and sayed in the email just to see that my account is still locked i then messaged them and they said i locked myself out of the account which i dont understand as i did all the steps as per email now i need to wait again for 24 to 48 hours this is ridiculous and very disappointing. So when i receive my email again i will have to probably go through this for the 3rd time !! The customer service is not great at all cause all they say is wait for the turnaround time the agents that is suppose yo help is Sisanda N and Thumekap i cannot believe this is the service you get just trying to unlock your account to start a application!!!

I experienced an issue with my account and Mumina at mobicred help me sort out my issue in less than 5 min. I wish more service providers can act so swiftly to resolve queries as they do sign ups.
