"Worst Customer follow up"
Settled my Account with Mobicred last month(April 2026), they sent me a settlement letter and I paid the same day. This month (May 2026) a scheduled payment erroneously went off and I requested a refund. Their response "You have an outstanding balance of...." Been waiting for more than 2 weeks for feedback now. God forbid they need money how quickly you must pay. Still waiting for my paid-up letter and refund that I asked for 2 weeks ago.

29 May 2026, 09:50Support is now purposefully ignoring my messages on their whatsapp platform Agent Sisand N keeps disconnecting from the chat and doesn't answer questions. I just want my money back and my paid-up letter. Feed back has been promised since 15 May and its 29 May now.
