No value for money

Hi

I originally thought a great job was done with the tar they did in my front yard . Now there are potholes forming and grass growing through. They gave me a 5 year guarantee. It has only been 7 months and now I cannot get anyone to come and fix it and it just seems like they are avoiding me and not even responding to my emails or whatsapp messages.
