Do not use Matrix.
My car was written off in 2024. For over a year I have been requesting them to collect their unit from the car that was written off because. Drunk driver drove into me. For over a year I been paying for something I don’t use. I have asked them to collect the unit. I gave them my insurance companies information so they can collect the unit. I don’t use it as I don’t have a car. And they still continue to debit my account. I have paid them R 3 615.00 in 15 months (monthly debit orders) for a unit I am not even using. But they continue to try charge me over R2000 to cancel. I cannot afford this. I have been trying to cancel this. They are useless. I haven’t had a car since my car was written off in 2024. I have sent them Multiple email. To which I am Ignored. Then to have someone contact me today and just ignore everything I have said. I’ve paid your R 3 615.00 in 15 months maybe even more. Because you keep debiting my account. I haven’t had a car in 15 month. I’ve told them countless times to go collect the unit I don’t know where the car even is.

If this is not cancelled with immediate effect you will be getting a letter from my lawyer. I have paid you over R3000 over the past 15 months. I informed you over a year ago my car was written off. But I must still pay. Not a chance. I don’t have the money. I will also be cancelling my debit order! </div>
