I dont even know where to start as I cannot complain about my physical line I would like to complain about their billing , if ever I had a problem in the past I have been able to call and speak to a consultant , now you have to mail accounts , my issue is as follow my debit order never gets collected , I then received suspension notices , Selvyn admits he had to reload my debit order but he cannot stop the suspension as its now a automated billing system , when did mitsol lose their good service and why not assist me in who has been a long standing customer for over 2 years now. I am extremely irritated and disappointed in the service I am receiving lately
