Bad Service and Management

On the 5th of March at this establishment was the worse day ever. This is a Scuba Diving Site in Brits. The manager Kobus with his arrogant attitude. When I paid early in the morning, he did not inform me that I had to book a so called stoepie and never informed me either that there are curtain spots that were booked so I parked where there was no one and there were no reserved signs either. After an hour another guest by the name of Shawn (wish I knew from which diving school he was) came and shouted at us who were parked there that he BOOKED these places and we must move immediately, when we told him that we were not informed that this were booked he went back to the office and the arrogant manager came and demanded and shouted with an attitude that we moved because these places were reserved. I asked him where is the signs and where is the notification that these stoepie must be received? He did not answer me and started to take my dive gear and said that he will confiscate my stuff or call the police to came and remove me. That establishment facilities are so bad the toilets are always blocked or have no water and the place looks like a dump. Grass is so long. This is just bad, and the management is rude and arrogant.
