MIbfa Disappointment

In January I app**** for funding for my Daughter's scholar transport but only got a reply from Mibfa on April 24 from one of their agents asking me to resubmit the documentation, which I did. He promised to make an immediate payment but it was never done. He then promised to pay it on 4 May but it was still never done until today. I have been calling Mibfa almost everyday to ask what the delay is, but for some reason I am not allowed to speak to the agent that called me. The scholar transport has been transporting my daughter without payment from January, and on 15 May they stopped her from using their transport. I have resorted to reporting them to the Ombudsman and I seemed legal council regarding this matter, and I have been advised to transfer the death benefit fund to another organization which will do the work better. Mibfa does not reply to my emails, and when I call I am made to hold the line for a long time until the phone gets dropped. He reviews are terrible but I am unhappy with the way Mibfa is handling this issue. They have still not rep**** to my emails and no payment has been made. But I need to advise everyone to make sure they teansfer their funds elsewhere, or their children will suffer because of the lack of Mibfa's incompetence.
