What terrible service from Metro Prepaid - they send me a statement and tell me the amount that will be paid back to me and then they pay me the wrong amount. When I tell them they send me another statement with the amount on that was paid back to me. When I ask - they say my rates must have changed - surely that is their problem not mine. Go to Citiq - they way better.
