Negligent customer service

I went to metro to have curtains altered and installed. The day agreed on for installation was the 29th of April, no one came, no one called. The next day I was told that they were coming. I called to find out what time they would be coming, the lady that answered the phone said she’d call back. No one called back and no one came. There has been no communication from metro at all, and my curtains still haven’t been installed.
