Terrible experience at ) Dealership Mercedes-benz Westrand ( Constantia Kloof ) dealership in Roodepoort

I went to mercedes to buy a mac wheel for my car a month back, when I went to pick it up after it was ordered, i found out that they ordered a wrong Mac wheel. I then asked for refund which the promised to pay its been weeks now i still do not have my refund even though I shared my bank account details. This was a terrible experience!!!
