They will charge Customs Duty on items that have 0% customs duty. On top of that they charge additional fees for Import VAT, Documentation, Handling and a Transfer Surcharge.

If you argue long enough they will start to remove the incorrectly charged fees.

However getting hold of them can be very difficult. They don´t answer the phone.
