I'm not even sure what to say, but the customer service has definitely dropped. I was very happy with Meerkat until recently. I have paid off an account and after almost a month, no communication came through regarding paid up letters etc. Luckily, the bank sent me a copy of the letter. If I do not email Meerkat first, they will not say anything. Which is sad for them as their service was never this poor. Also, what had been communicated when I signed up, is totally different to what I am being told now. Makes me wonder if the current employees are trained or not. I am now considering changing from Meerkat to another company, if service is this poor now, I don't want to know how bad it will be later once everything is done. Hopefully they change because once I'm done with them, I will not be making any recommendations.
