Your poor customer service is disgusting!!!

I am in utter disgust regarding how you treat your customers. No sense of urgency , lack of accountability and poor understanding skills.

How hard it to send the president of our burial society scheme a full report. All we have been asking from your company that seems to be lacking when it comes to understanding its customer.

Our burial society has members and these members opened policies , they are then regarded as principal members. We want a document for each and every principal member, indicating who is covered under the principal member that is part of our burial society. How hard is it to understand. We want to check if should we claim , then the person who is insured by the principal policy holder will get the services due to them.

The burial scheme was moved from Old Mutual to your company, why??? we have no idea. Money gets paid to your company, please give us the service that is due to us.
