4 days still no warm water

Geyser faulty on Saturday morning, phoned insurance, Mcrite plumbers came out only after 15:00, said will look for a part. Monday after 14:00 let us know after several attempts of trying to get info they can't repair, they must replace. Came to replace on Tuesday after 15:00. Two hours after installation water was still ice cold. All switches on... Phoned owner, no reply.....
