I have been a customer of OUTsurance for quite a few years, and I am happy with their service, they are always helpful in a time of need
I paid off my GAME account on the 17th of April, and requested for closure of my account. Since payment i have sent several emails and made many calls. My account is still not closed, why is it so difficult to close my account???
Standard bank home insurance, takes forever to answer calls and when they do they pass the buck. I phoned on 4 different occasions when holding time was anything from 15 minutes to 30 minutes then they pass you on to the next person who can or won't help. The last lady also almost passed the buck, but decided to assist this morning after holding for more than 20 minutes to get passed to her..... Geyser faulty on Saturday morning, phoned insurance, Mcrite plumbers came out only after 15:00, said will look for a part. Monday after 14:00 let us know after several attempts of trying to get info they can't repair, they must replace. Came to replace on Tuesday after 15:00. Two hours after installation water was still ice cold. All switches on... Phoned owner, no reply.....
