My experience with MaxLaw was extremely concerning and left me feeling uneasy throughout the process. From the beginning, everything felt rushed and there was pressure to proceed quickly without giving me enough time to properly consider things or do my own research.

After reading multiple reviews and trying to verify information independently, I became uncomfortable with the legitimacy and professionalism of the operation. I personally went to the address listed on their website to speak to someone directly, only to discover that there was no actual office operating there as advertised. This immediately raised serious red flags for me.

I also attempted numerous times to contact them telephonically and requested callbacks throughout the day, but received no response. Emails regarding my withdrawal of interest also went unanswered despite it still being within the relevant cooling-off period.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to do thorough research, verify all information independently, and proceed with caution before sharing personal information or signing any documentation. I am still awaiting on a phone call from them.
