Extremely poor customer service

My driver collected the beds I had purchased; however, the items were not properly packed, as the *****s required for assembly were missing. As a result, I had to incur additional costs and inconvenience to arrange for the *****s to be collected separately.

What is particularly concerning is that:

My driver was kept waiting for approximately two hours during collection, yet the order was still incomplete.

Even after this delay, the *****s provided were still short by four.

None of the listed customer care contacts have responded to my queries, despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter.

This level of service is highly disappointing and falls far below acceptable standards.

I request the following as a matter of urgency:

Immediate provision of the missing *****s.

Reimbur*****t for any additional costs incurred due to this inconvenience.

A formal explanation for the poor service and lack of communication.

Please treat this matter as urgent. I expect a response within 24–48 hours.
