Exceptional customer service at Martin Morgan Motors, Vereeniging
For months, I have been trying to find, a used, Toyota Corrola Cross, in reasonable condition, with mileage under 100 000km and priced at around R300 000. The available online offers and interactions with several car dealerships, proved deceptive and hugely challenging. Online vehicle offers, were aimed at deceiving and trapping customers, based on my personal experience. Furthermore, the Corrola Crosses on the internet were all priced, above R350 000 and thus not within my budget. Following a recommendation, I contacted Martin Morgan Motors, in Vereeniging, to enquire on available Toyota Crosses. We had a pleasant interaction with the F&I representative, Annegret, whom indicated that they will gladly assist in finding me a Corrola Cross. Annegret further also indicated that she should be able to structure a deal that will suit my requirements. This soon proved true, as the owner Johan himself found me a used Toyota Cross, in mint condition, literally within three days. The overall condition of this Corrola Cross, was literally "like new", which exceeded my wildest expectations. Even better was the fact that this Toyota Cross was priced within my budget. Furthermore, Martin Morgan Motors settled my, trade-in vehicle and Annegret, the F&I representative, secured an unbeatable rate, with my preferred finance institution. Based on my personal experience, the superb customer service and Martin Morgan Motors going above and beyond, in finding me my dream car, I personally recommend that all potential buyers contact the sales team at Martin Morgan Motors, Vereeniging, for their next dream car and a deal that will fit your budget!! Bad service
<div>I bought a car from Martin morgan motors. Such a bad experience from the start. Never could get hold of the sales people (Johan and Quintin) It kept jumping from one to the other. Finally when all are done or they come back... I had a issue with them again. Payments. I ask 3 time about the account if it is correct and every time said yes. So I transfer the amount. Once its done they said thank you then turn around said its is wrong account. They didn't care or tried to help to get the money back. Went to the bank try sort it out then they couldn't so had to get wesbank on the phone so many times. Martin morgan motors didn't care at all. They didn't wanna give me the care cause the made the mistake. So had to rent a car even when the said they'll pay for it ... no they only paid 1/3 of the amount I had to pay the rest. After all that with fighting and struggling I got the money and send to the right account and then ask drop the car of before 10 cause I got a client to see. Now on the 25 Sept 25 13:00 the still haven't deliver my bakkie. Don't trust them your experience is gonna be horrible. Even the owner Johan doesn't answer you. Stay away from them. Horrible 3 weeks I had still trying sort it out.</div>
