Rubbish service from Markdown Marvin

I ordered and paid for a Samsung TV. No delivery. I have tried EVERY MEANS of contacting Markdown Marvin but whatsapp, email cellphone and landlines all have "mailbox full"or similar message. Maybe Markdown Marvin would care to reply on this platform.
