Absolutely unacceptable experience with Mandela Rhodes Place Hotel. Booking.com clearly states that the R1000 deposit will be refunded within 14 days, yet I am still waiting with no resolution. Every time I follow up, there is another excuse, “high volume of enquiries” or “accounts department backlog.” Enough is enough. If you advertise a 14-day refund policy, then honour it. This constant delaying feels dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase their own money while being fed the same excuses over and over. Sort this out immediately.
