I paid settlement amount provided on Thursday an send through proof of payment but the debit order still went off on my account. Can my account please be closed an my money be refunded please.

27 Jun 2022, 10:02I made payment on Thursday which was immediate clear payment an I called an I'm told payment is not reflecting which I even send proof of payment several times to them but no one is responding. I'm told to wait 5 days which is unfair if I send them proof.
