Terrible Experience – Missing Items, No Accountability, and Poor Customer Service

I had a very bad experience with Maison Carbon Logistics. I used their storage service, and after just one month, my sound system and my expensive heater went missing. Instead of taking responsibility or compensating me for the missing items, they refused to help and are now ignoring my messages completely.

In my experience, this company cannot be trusted. They avoid accountability, and whenever you try to meet their boss or visit their office, they keep hiding and making excuses.

I strongly advise people to stay away from Maison Carbon Logistics. Please be careful before storing your valuable items with them. My experience with them has been disappointing and stressful.
