Maison Carbon Logistics
Based on recent customer reviews, Maison Carbon Logistics receives sharply divided feedback. Satisfied customers consistently mention friendly and hardworking moving crews, clear initial communication, efficient packing, and furniture arriving safely, with several describing stress-free relocations across provinces. However, a recurring theme among dissatisfied customers involves significant damage to belongings, late or incomplete deliveries, unannounced use of subcontractors, and a striking lack of post-payment communication. Customers repeatedly raise concerns about unresolved insurance claims, missing items, and demands for additional payment on site, undermining trust in the brand.

I had a very bad experience with Maison Carbon Logistics. I used their storage service, and after just one month, my sound system and my expensive heater went missing. Instead of taking responsibility or compensating me for the missing items, they refused to help and are now ignoring my messages completely. In my experience, this company cannot be trusted. They avoid accountability, and whenever you try to meet their boss or visit their office, they keep hiding and making excuses. I strongly advise people to stay away from Maison Carbon Logistics. Please be careful before storing your valuable items with them. My experience with them has been disappointing and stressful.

Maison Carbon Logistics made my move really easy. From the start everything was well organized and communication was clear. The team worked quickly but still took good care of my furniture, which I really appreciated. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the whole process smooth.

I used Maison Carbon Logistics for a household move from Pretoria to George under Invoice 720. The delivery was supposed to take place on 27–28 February 2024, but the load only arrived three days late on 2 March 2024. When my goods were finally delivered, several items were badly damaged. I reported the damages immediately during the unloading process and followed up with a formal written claim on 8 March 2024, supported by photographs and an itemised list of damages totaling approximately R60,500. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to resolve the matter. I have called, sent WhatsApp messages and multiple emails asking for feedback and requesting that they lodge a claim with their goods-in-transit insurer. Despite initially indicating that the matter would be looked into, they have simply stopped responding. My emails requesting updates have gone unanswered for months and years. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored after paying for a service that resulted in significant damage to my belongings. I am still waiting for Maison Carbon Logistics to honour the claim and deal with this matter properly.

I hadn’t heard of Maison Carbon Logistics before, and since their quote was the cheapest, I was a bit sceptical at first. However, they moved me from Cape Town to Shelly Beach and I ended up being really impressed with the service. The team was friendly, efficient, and communicated well throughout the move. Most importantly, all my furniture arrived safely with no damage, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again in the future. The service was excellent overall, but I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply because there were a few small delays with timing during the move. Other than that, the team did a great job and handled everything professionally.

The move went well without a hitch. 1.Really amazing moving staff, they work very well as a team, are careful with property (as can be expected), and very hard working. 2. Treat them well - they are a great bunch and not just a company, by a great bunch of people too.
