Horrible, negligence by the staff. My daughter's phone was ****** while we were busy playing on number 11 by the 3 ladies who pretended to be playing on number 12. No one was patrolling close to players (as this is the norm from other bowling places such as Gateway Durban and Eco Boulevard Centurion). Very disappointed as it was her birthday. No identity and access management on customers visiting The Magic Company in Montecasino. Apparently a similar incident took place 2 weeks back same lanes 11& 12. No warning to customers about guarding their belongings. I am disappointed and I will not recommend this place to anyone as ******* come in and out as they please.

What a horrible treatment I’ve received at the Westgate branch. I’ve never been so disrespected in my entire life. What a horrible service did I receive from a bitter lady working in a counter at Magic Company Westgate. I had finished counting my ticket then gave her the receipts. I then asked her how many tickets do we have in total as we had 3 receipts. With an attitude she told me the total. So there was a toy that my son would love and I saw it it was behind her. I asked for it politely she went off me hey. Telling I shouldn’t even look at the back I should just look on the glass display. She told that she’s teaching me all this so that next time I know where to look. Mind you the toy that I had pointed out it’s the same one on the display. When I raised that she said to me she won’t repeat herself she told me where to choose from. I had some tickets left I just asked her to choose for me as I was not ok anymore she just folded her arms and said how will she know what I want she has the whole day she will wait for me. I chose a spinning toy asked for a yellow one as I have a boy she gave me a pink one, when I corrected her she got angry and started talking to her colleague clicking her tongue. Another lady that witnessed everything came to assist us and showed my son how to use that toy. I went out in disbelief that one can treat someone like that and to top it off she’s on duty. What happened to customer service? This all happened yesterday the 4th December 2025 around 13:50.
