Bad service regarding my Honey Suckle unit by [email protected]

I would like to view my frustration with the worst service I am currently receiving from [email protected]. I have sent more than 3 email regarding requires I have for my Honey Suckle unit and to date, I have not receive and feedback...not even an acknowledgment that my query is being attend to.
