Most nonsensical customer service. We were asked to indicate things that we found not in order when we moved in. We reported about 14/15 things, only two things were attended to. Their whatever they call Nadene person, does not respond to e-mails or texts she simply ignores you. Now we are stuck with a stove whose oven doesn’t work, a house that wasn’t properly cleaned when we moved in, a leaking sink pipe, tiles that still have paint stains on them and a ceiling that has not been properly closed off. Trying to get ahold of this Nadene person or even escalating to Tommie doesn’t yield any results! One wonders whether they met out the same service to everyone or it is only towards certain people!!! Not even government departments are this bad when it comes to customer services. I would honestly not recommend these guys to anyone.
